How do I manage workflow?

Suggestion Ox offers several ways to create and manage a workflow for incoming submissions.

When first submitted, all issues appear in your inbox with no set status or assignee, but you can set or change the status of a submission as it moves through your internal process, or assign a specific owner who is responsible for replying or taking action. By creating a workflow, you ensure that none of the ideas, questions or reports that come into your team get dropped and that you already know what is needed.
