Help! I'm not receiving emails from Suggestion Ox

The first thing to do is check your spam folder and check with your company's system administrator to make sure that mail from suggestionox.com isn't getting flagged as spam.

If you're still not receiving emails, it's possible that your email address accidentally got flagged as invalid by our mail system. This occasionally happens if you set up an email alias to use with Suggestion Ox, and then sign up and cause an email bounce before that alias is fully operational. We're pretty aggressive about not spamming people, so if we can't deliver email we flag your address as undeliverable.

Luckily, this is easily fixed on our end. Just drop a note to support@suggestionox.com and we'll see what's up and unblock your address, if needed. It's instant!
