What is AI Subject Enhance?

Sometimes when people submit to your box they may omit the Subject, or provide a subject with little context, like "idea" or "Complaint."

That's where AI Subject Enhance comes in. We use advanced AI processing to analyze the content of the incoming submission and provide a more helpful subject line:

If no subject was provided, we'll write a new one. If a subject was provided, we'll show you the original subject along with more context. In the screenshot above, the original submission subject was "Idea," but we've enhanced it with the line "Consolidate spending between offices." The other two items originally had no subject provided, so we've used AI to write one for you.

AI Subject Enhance makes your Inbox much more manageable at a glance. it works in any language.

Keep in mind a few caveats:

• By default you will only see enhanced subjects on new submissions (since we launched this feature) or past submissions that had no subject. If you want us to retroactively provide enhanced subjects for your past submissions, just drop a note to support@suggestionox.com.
• You must have this feature enabled and be on a plan that supports advanced AI features. Go to Edit Box > AI to turn the feature on or off.
• AI isn't magical. If the incoming submission doesn't make any sense, we may not be able to generate a useful subject.
