How do I restrict submissions to my email domain?
If you have Direct Replies enabled, employees can enter their email address to empower anonymous, two-way conversations. In some cases, you may want to restrict allowable email addresses so people can only submit if they provide a company email address. To turn on this setting:
1. Click on Edit by your box and navigate to the Settings tab
2. Enable Direct Replies
3. Check the box for "Make email address required"
4. Click "Domains allowed for sending" to add or remove allowed domains that can submit to this box
You can also password-protect your response form to further limit incoming submissions to just your team.
