How do I set up two-factor authentication for added security?

Two-factor authentication provides additional security for your account by requiring you to provide a unique token from an authentication app (usually on your mobile phone) when logging in. When two-factor authentication is enabled, you will log in with your username, password and a unique token. If somebody were to gain access to your computer or your email, they would still not be able to log in.

To enable two-factor authentication, simply sign in to Suggestion Ox, click on My Account, and look for the "Extra Security" section. Click the "Enable two-factor authentication" button and follow the directions from there. If you run into any trouble, just drop our support team a note.

Two-factor authentication is available on ALL Suggestion Ox plans.
